This is a VD driver for AXP VMS. It creates virtual disks on contiguous
files (which you must create separately). You use the command

sysman io connect vda0:/noadapter/driver=sys$system:vddriver.exe

to load the driver. Then use command

$set command sys$system:asnvdm6
$asnvdm6/assign vda0: disk:file.dsk

to associate file.dsk with vda0:. Vda0: will then be a disk for all
VMS purposes. The geometry depends on size. Note that the file MUST
be contiguous. The driver works "just" like the VAX/VMS version,
though with little edits for axp.

The build.com command file builds from sources.
