Data files used by the DECUS uucp system.  By contrast with the files in 
[.CFG] (which are edited by the uucp administrator and read by the uucp
programs), these are read and written automatically by uucp.  

PATHS.		Built by MAKEPATHS.COM from the D. and U. files in 
		[.DATA.MAPSRC].  Read by UUCP_MAILSHR to determine routing 
		information for outgoing mail.  

SEQUENCE.NUMBER	Contains a single number, used to uniquify spool files created
		for outgoing work.
