In order to build the eve+ section file perform the following
	steps:
	
	1) Expand out the backup saveset eveplus.bck
	2) Define a logical:
		$ define tpu$eveplus source_disk:[source_device]
	3) Execute the build.com file.
	   This file will first create a vanilla eve.tpu$section file.
	   It will then proceed to the eveplus section file. As it builds
	   numerous messages will appear that the various procedures have
	   been compiled successfully. When it completes it will indicate
	   X proceedures have been saved and the build has completed.
	4) At this point you can leave the editor (if you wish), by typing
	   in ctrl-A (quit). The comfile will rename the default saved
	   section file tpu.tpu$section to eveplus.gbl. 
	
	In order to use the eve interface setup a symbol:
	
		$ eveplus :== ed/tpu/sec=disk:[device]eveplus.gbl
	and
		$define/sys/exe evehelp disk:[device]evehelp.hlb
	
	EVE can now be invoked by typing:
	
		$ eve filename
