Sorry to send to the list, but I can't remember who asked for my CPU time
program.

I forgot to say that it should be linked with the following macro module and
also with the system symbol table. eg
$LINK CPUTIME,PHDDEF,SYS$SYSTEM:SYS.STB/SEL

If this was not obvious, I hope you didn't waste too much time.
