Technical Note #0 (this document) accompanies each release of Technical Notes.  
This release includes notes number 40 (revised), 91 (revised), 107, 108, 109, 
110, 111, 112, 113, 114, 115, 116, and 117 as well as an index to Macintosh 
Technical Notes.  If there are any subjects which you would like to see treated
